Holistic Interior Design.

Holistic Interior Design goes beyond traditional design by focusing on the property's energies to enhance the mind, body, and spirit. It follows property healing to sustain positive energy.  We feel privileged to be frontrunners in the use of both energy healing and holistic design to create beautiful and functioning interiors that are considered and based on design integrity and the wellbeing of the occupants.

Negative energetic clutter can accumulate in buildings from past occupants or events. Studies indicate that those in cluttered spaces have higher cortisol levels, which can also relate to energetic clutter. To create a holistic design, it's essential to first cleanse the space of these energies. Once cleared, focus on physical clutter and optimise furniture placement to enhance positive energies for the occupants.

Using Dowsing, Feng Shui, Colour, and other holistic methods, we enhance properties on physical and spiritual levels.

Once the negative energies have been removed, her dowsing methods allow her to look for positive feeling spaces which may well influence the layout of furniture for each room. For example, if there is an area where the energy is perfect for relaxation or meditation, she will work to make this a tranquil space for this activity or at least let you know it is there!

As an experienced Interior architect and designer, Caroline can advise you on space planning and furniture layouts, colour schemes, lighting, and the placement of crystals and artwork while promoting the repurposing of existing furnishings wherever possible. She will always look for a more sustainable and harmful chemical free solution to her design proposals.

Caroline strongly believes that we need to improve the light, air quality and temperature of our homes. She also follows Biophilic design principles, which encourages views of green spaces and skies into our interiors.

Caroline can collaborate with architects, builders and other specialist trades on your project.
